If a cancellation of your booking is required, we must receive a minimum 24 hours (one full day) notice prior to your pickup time, otherwise the full fare must be paid and subsequent refunds will not be given.
All return bookings (pick-ups from the airport) must be pre-paid either on your date of departure from Sydney Airport or via a credit card transaction over the phone or on an email. An additional $4.00 transaction fee will apply if using a credit card. An extra charge of $10.00 (airport parking) applies to all airport pick ups. Additional charges apply when picking up outside normal operating hours.
Refunds will only occur in the instance where your scheduled flight arrival time into Sydney Airport is delayed to a time that does not suitably connect with our scheduled bus departure times.
Direct Airport Shuttle is not liable for and accepts no responsibility for delayed or cancelled flights and delays due to traffic and traffic accidents.
Please be reminded that we require a MINIMUM 2 DAYS NOTICE prior to your flight time for ALL online bookings.
